Are pets allowed in vehicles?
Pets are allowed only if the entire group of passengers agrees which rented transport.
Is smoking allowed in vehicles?
No.Smoking is strictly forbidden for all passengers in vehicle.
In which case the passenger can be removed from vehicles?
During the trip, the driver can remove passenger from further travel at the first stop if he disturbs the order and peace in the vehicle, endangering traffic safety and interfere with the operation of the vehicle staff.
At the same time when it is removed from further transport, the staff hands him the corresponding luggage.
Do I have a right to get a refund if I withdraw from the trip ?
In case of travel cancellation 10 days or more before departure you get the entire amount back , in the event of cancellation less than 10 days before departure retain 50% of amount .Only in case of cancellation 24 hours before departure we retain the entire amount.
